* The ex-Serviceman the information belongs to
* The Widow of a deceased ex-Serviceman
* The legal next of kin, if both the ex-Serviceman and his spouse is deceased
*To access a record the following information (or as much as possible) is required:-
* Service Number, Rank, Full Name, Date of Birth, Regiment and period served (dates from & to)
* A full copy of the record can be requested
